“On May 25th, I requested the use of a Loaner Headstock. On May 29th, I received it and sent mine back to you the same day. I set the loaner up, attached my planer and jointer and hadn't even finished my planing job when on June 4th, my headstock was back in my possession, completely reconditioned as I had requested! It took me longer to change headstocks than it did being without it.

I've been a woodworker for over 20 years and today, you can't find a tool in my shop that isn't made by Shopsmith (except for my Porter-Cable router). Keep up the great work. You're providing a great joy to many people.”

It's safe to say that most things of this sort fall short of what the sales pitch leads us to believe. However, I have found that Shopsmith is a happy exception to this.
