Here at Shopsmith, our mailbox is constantly stuffed with great letters from Shopsmith Power Tool Owners, talking about how they use their tools and what they think about them. Here are some excerpts from just a few of the thousands of letters we’ve received from the members of our Shopsmith Family of satisfied owners throughout the years. anymore like they used to - nobody cares'. Well...how wrong I was!
Several months ago, I purchased a Miter-Pro Extension which would not fasten securely to the Miter Gauge despite “strong-arm” tactics. Following repeated attempts to eliminate the “wiggle” (and using words I had long since forgotten), I called Shopsmith's assist number and explained the problem to a very knowledgeable young lady who told me to keep the improperly drilled extension and expect a replacement - free of charge. Two days later, a brand new Extension Arm was at my front door!
Service like this is unheard-of in today's business World. My sincere thanks to a superb company that really cares about its customers. Shopsmith has earned my loyalty, not only for its excellent products, but for its service to match.”

In my job as an industrial engineer with the Department of Defense, I have endless opportunities to observe varying levels of quality and workmanship.
