Cutting Duplicate Lengths?

DON'T
Not using  upper saw guard . . . Hands are clearly in the danger zone  . . . Dull blade  . . . Blade protruding too far above top surface of workpiece . . . Not using a stop block on the rip fence

DO
Upper saw guard is in place  . . . Remove scraps after the machine is turned off . . . Keep your blade sharp . . . Don't allow the blade to protrude more than 3/8-inch above the surface of your workpiece . . . Attach a stop block to your rip fence to prevent kick-backs when cutting duplicates to length
