of Troy, MI writes... First, I appreciate Nancy's honesty. She could have sold me another headstock and I would never have known that the old one could be repaired. Second, during the repair, Nancy and I talked and she explained how she had to adapt some washers to solve a "sheaves" problem. Third, with the return of my headstock (in perfect working condition), the touch I really appreciated was a nice, hand-written letter from Nancy. In her letter, she explained the nature of the repairs and even included suggestions for preventative maintenance.
