Carolina owner returns to MARK V workshop after several year absence
Robert D.
of Southport, NC writes... Also, I had not been using my MARK V to any extent and had to re-acquaint myself with the machine, even to the point of re-reading some sections of the operating manual. This certainly gave me the opportunity to utilize the many features of the MARK V, including the Lathe for turning the spindles - the horizontal boring feature to (dowel) join the boards for the ends - the drill press feature for other boring - and the bandsaw for several cuts. Of course, the table saw and belt sander were also used in making and finishing the parts. ...the machine continues to do what it is advertised to do and only required that I familiarize myself with it for a short time. This return to my woodshop has honed my interest in the machine and its features. I expect to spend much more retirement time in making sawdust and hopefully, some useful projects.
Washington State owner agrees...MARK V is a multi-purpose wonder Carroll W.
